I… kinda don't know what to say. I feel sort of traitorous for thinking this… but…
The comics made recently after the new art style seem to be… kind of okay actually.
Joel seems to be acting more like a normal person, the animals look like actual animals, it is actually showing the movie theater.
It looks like, in small itty bitty baby steps, that Immelman might actually learning how to properly improve his comic.
Well, I suppose that's a good thing. When I have access to more than a handheld, I'll have to see for myself. If the shitheap has improved, then it's mission accomplished.
Las lingas is next I suppose.
I dunno, the last time I saw, every animal still looked like a generic square-snouted catwolf…
Quite frankly, I just don't care for concession, the first time I heard about it was on the BWW so… if you're telling me, I'm gonna believe you.
Guess what it has a wikipedia article.

Now go read it.
Buh, what? Didn't wikipedia have some stupidly high stakes for including webcomics on its ranks? Like, being cited in press media and all that? What did concession do to get the right to be Wikipedia'd?
As the G-Man said to Freeman:
We will see about that.
Immelman got access to it, that's what.
At least, I assume it's him, or just a really big fan of it. One way or another, it doesn't deserve a Wikipedia article (as Weissbaer stated up top).
It's obviously from a fan. Check out the Criticism section. It covers up every complaint of the series. I know that Wikipedia has to be unbiased, but it seems strongly supportive of the comic.
You finished reading this sentence.
I may have mentioned this at one point in the BWW, but I've sort of had a theory of how to enjoy Concession. Every time something ridiculously stupid like supernatural grudges, dolphins, ghost sisters, or a granny lizard who has her family members raped for great justice, just skip over it. Just say "oh, that was just a joke non-cannon thing." When I read the stories that take place in the movie theater, or just in as close to reality as a furry comic can get, it tends to actually be kinda funny.
Seriously,

With a LOT of denial, and ignoring the fanbase entirely, it's tolerable
Matt is so cuuuuute <3 :3
I think Concession has went up from one star to maybe two, two and a half tops. I still don't think it's great, but Immelmann has done a few things to clean up the obvious failures it had earlier.
Jack is still my personal favorite insanely horrible furry comic. Since it's inception, it still sounds as batshit insane as ever, still is as horribly drawn as ever, and still as poorly written as ever. It's like a homeless man ranting about Jesus and hell on the street while dressed in a frayed rabbit costume. I find that quite entertaining.
A lot of things can be unintentionally funny like that. However Jack was too weird with the contrasting cutsy funny animals with intense theological ideologies. Sort of the Comic Sans of webcomics.
Concession has gotten a lot better in the most recent strips (although it has taken him quite some time to do so, but better late than never.) The characters look different and now the jokes just don't make sense instead of outright appalling. It seems like the new strips are taking up more gumption since it looks like every other one is the stick figure style he uses for that Hearts comic. The fanbase is bad, yeah, but the avatars/signatures they use gives off the same effect as a televangelist in a clown suit.
